This flavorful black bean dip is delicious served in tacos, on quesadillas, or with tortilla chips and fresh veggies. Make this dip your own by using your favorite store bought salsa, the salsa you canned last summer, or some fresh pico de gallo.
Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse 5-10x or until most of the black beans are broken down, and the mixture reaches a dip consistency. Taste and add more salt if necessary.
Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, to develop the flavors and thicken the dip, before enjoying.
